Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager

Our client, a renowned leader in the vocational education and training sector in Victoria, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager to join their dynamic team.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance and quality assurance strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Design and implement quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and competitiveness.
- Manage and mentor a team of compliance and quality assurance professionals to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about emerging trends and regulatory changes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in compliance and quality assurance, preferably in the vocational education and training sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including AQTF, AQF, and Skills Funding contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex systems and data.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance principles, with the ability to lead and implement effective strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry excellence. A high standard of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment are essential for this role.
