Application Team Leader for Data Centres

We are seeking an experienced Application Team Leader to join our team at FläktGroup Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our Critical Applications Business Area, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support, collating and implementing sales and factory requirements, and conceptualizing air handling unit designs.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless sales and implementation processes.
- Sales and Factory Requirements: Collaborate with sales and factory teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of customer requirements.
- Air Handling Unit Design: Design and conceptualize air handling units based on customer specifications, coordinating with clients, external design consultants, and manufacturing units.
- Order Processing: Support the order processing team in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Customer Support: Provide on-site support at customer meetings, factory acceptance tests, trade fairs, and training courses as needed.
- Technical Product Documentation: Create and maintain technical product documentation and tools.
- Marketing Material Support: Support the development of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Design Software Development: Participate in the development of design software, enhancing our product offerings and customer experience.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong understanding of ventilation and air conditioning technology.
- Education: A technically biased degree, such as engineering or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent technical knowledge, strong communication and management skills, and the ability to work well remotely.
- Language: Good level of written and oral English.
