Application Team Leader for Data Centres: Drive Innovation and Efficiency

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Team Leader to join our team at FläktGroup, a global leader in Indoor Air Quality solutions. As a key member of our Critical Applications Business Area, you will be responsible for driving technical sales support, collaborating with clients and external design consultants, and conceptualizing air handling units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support across the Critical Applications Business Area
  • Collaborate with clients, external design consultants, and manufacturing units to implement sales and factory requirements
  • Conceptualize air handling units based on customer specifications
  • Support order processing and provide on-site support as needed
  • Develop technical product documentation and tools
  • Support the preparation of marketing material
  • Participate in the development of design software

Requirements:

  • Experience or technical expertise in ventilation and air conditioning technology
  • A technically biased degree
  • Good knowledge of MS office and design programs
  • 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Good level of written and oral English
  • Good management skills
  • Ability to work well remotely
  • Occasional international travel required
