Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual content strategies that drive business results and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute visual content strategies that align with our brand's global marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective content for various channels and platforms.
  • Design and develop high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our content and brand presence.
  • Work closely with our marketing and analytics teams to optimize content performance and measure ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as design, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the media industry, with a proven track record of creating successful visual content.
  • Excellent English and German language skills.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and a portfolio that showcases your expertise in digital, social, and TV content creation.
  • Excellent reputation and strong global connections in the fashion, creative, and content production industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with UI, UX, digital, and print design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a copywriter to develop ideas and engage with creative and social media management.
  • Knowledge of HTML code and experience with email development and banner HTML5 with Google Ads.
  • Understanding of target audience analysis, development, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong creative thinking, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
