Technical Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Würzburg
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

If you possess a deep understanding of hardware and machinery, coupled with a strong customer service orientation, you may be the ideal candidate for the role of Technical Customer Support Specialist at Boels Verleih GmbH.

Your Role

In this position, you will oversee our rental operations in various partner hardware stores within your designated region. You will serve as the primary contact for on-site personnel who facilitate the rental of our equipment to customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Providing support to our partner hardware stores and assisting them as needed
  • Organizing your daily activities to ensure efficient rental operations
  • Managing administrative tasks such as inventory audits and documentation of visits
  • Maintaining, servicing, and sourcing spare parts for our machinery fleet
  • Conducting training sessions on product usage and software applications independently
