About the Job

As an IT-Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level support to our internal customers. Your tasks will include:

  • Receiving and classifying incoming support requests
  • Creating and managing tickets
  • Resolving application issues
  • Conducting system and acceptance tests

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A successful completion of a qualifying IT education or a relevant IT study with practical experience
  • Experience in the field of IT support
  • Familiarity with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage
  • A hands-on mentality and self-motivation
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
  • A willingness to work occasional weekend and holiday shifts
