Job Title: Creative Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Delivery Manager to join our team at Indegene. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects from initiation to final delivery and closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal functions to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage content creation and production deliveries, including project status and coordination with agencies
  • Prioritize projects and ensure timely delivery
  • Streamline activities between PO, BI IT team, Vault support teams, DAMs team, and Production teams
  • Maintain an understanding of Veeva Vault, BI GTM Processes, and other digital and Web channels
  • Setup calls with clients and align with production team
  • Cascading requirements and technical specifications to production team
  • Ensure execution of corrective and preventive actions and compliance to defined standards and processes
  • Highlight risks or challenges to the project delivery timeline to POs
  • Obtain project approval on cost and timeline from PO and SAL
