Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineering Intern to join our team at INEOS. As a Quality Engineering Intern, you will assist in the internal Advanced Quality Engineering Meetings and workshops, support the improvement of KPI charts with Excel and Power BI, and contribute to creating and improving quality documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the internal Advanced Quality Engineering Meetings and workshops
  • Support the improvement of KPI charts with Excel and Power BI
  • Contribute to creating and improving quality documentation, including checklists, AQE guidance documents, and component quality standards
  • Support the improvement of quality process descriptions
  • Take notes during meetings and record decisions made

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable program with completed basic studies
  • Interest in interdisciplinary and cross-functional contexts and work within a company
  • Experience in complaint management, problem-solving methods, ideally within the automotive industry (an advantage)
  • High degree of commitment and dedication, ability to work in a team, communication skills, independence, and initiative
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Very good English skills
  • Good MS-Office knowledge
