Electrical Engineering Team Lead

Storck is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and guiding a dedicated team of electrical engineers. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Team Management: Ensuring efficient personnel deployment, fostering team development through regular meetings, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing processes.
  • Project Execution: Leading and coordinating projects within the electrical engineering domain, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
  • Technical Expertise: Applying your in-depth knowledge of process automation with SPS and computer-controlled systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforcing strict safety standards across all operations and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Overseeing the coordination of maintenance and repair work using SAP-PM, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment performance.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed electrical engineering education with further training as a Master or Technician in Electrical Engineering.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and SAP/R3 software applications.
  • A willingness to work in shift rotations.
  • Previous leadership experience is highly desirable.
