About the Job:

50Hertz is a leading company in the energy sector, and we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Team Leader for Offshore Secondary Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful operation and maintenance of our offshore secondary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of offshore secondary systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure high availability of our offshore assets.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of offshore secondary systems with other company systems.
  • Perform complex technical tasks, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis, to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, manuals, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on offshore secondary systems.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
