Lead Project Manager for Electric Mobility

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager for Automotive Power Modules focused on E-Mobility, you will spearhead initiatives that contribute to the evolution of mobility solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Technical Oversight: Leading interdisciplinary project teams across various locations.
  • Project Organization: Structuring and planning projects, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Implementation Accountability: Ensuring successful project execution while continuously monitoring timelines, budgets, and potential risks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining active communication with both internal and external partners.
  • Collaborative Environment: Fostering a constructive and trusting team atmosphere, while effectively managing conflicts.

As a Project Manager, you will cultivate innovative ideas and solutions with your team, encouraging diverse perspectives and approaches. Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree (Diploma/Master/PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience as a project manager in development projects, preferably within an industrial project management context.
  • A proven track record of team collaboration and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project.
  • Strong command of both German and English.
