About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team at Siegfried. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the validation of processes and qualification of equipment
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a continuous production process
  • Support operators in setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment
  • Identify and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to equipment
  • Train and qualify operators on new equipment and processes
  • Support the optimization of production processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Lean Expert or Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Experience in GMP environments a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and PC skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in German language
