We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team at Siegfried in Hameln. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the validation and qualification of processes and equipment
- Coordinate with production staff and management to ensure a continuous production process
- Assist in the preparation, installation, operation, and maintenance of production equipment
- Identify and resolve production issues and defects
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Train and mentor production staff on new equipment and processes
- Support the optimization of production processes and equipment
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Industrial mechanic, mechatronics, or electrical engineering background with several years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean expert or Six Sigma certification a plus
- Experience in the GMP environment
- Proficient in MS Office and PC software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in German language
