YOUR ROLE
As a member of the transactions team, you will engage in a variety of investment activities, including the acquisition of individual properties, portfolios, and development firms, as well as establishing joint ventures and investment platforms.
Your involvement will span multiple real estate sectors, including logistics, residential, data centers, hospitality, office, and retail. You will participate in the entire investment lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct real estate cash flow modeling, underwriting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare investment memoranda for review by investment committees.
- Support due diligence efforts, deal execution, and negotiations.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of business strategies post-transaction.
- Take ownership and responsibility from the outset.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, real estate, or finance.
- Previous experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, or transaction services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both German and English.
