Abbott Transfusion Medicine is seeking a
Senior Business Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute KPI and metrics initiatives for Area Manufacturing Operations.
- Develop and implement system solutions addressing business-related and technical challenges linked to metrics and KPIs.
- Lead and support enhancements for business systems solutions and automation tools tailored to specific metrics.
- Provide management with support and insights regarding metrics.
- Facilitate the Global and Local Project Portfolio Management Process.
Major Duties
- Aid in product, process, and cost enhancements by delivering relevant metrics.
- Oversee data stewardship for all internal and external metrics and KPIs.
- Support and execute the vision and strategy for Business Intelligence.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis and software development.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
- Extensive knowledge of PC systems, particularly Excel, Access, and database systems, including macro programming and SQL for database queries.
