About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at ENGIE, a leading provider of efficient energy solutions. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee BIM projects to ensure efficient execution and early conflict identification
  • Apply advanced BIM software to optimize the construction process
  • Foster collaboration among departments to ensure seamless BIM data exchange and adherence to BIM standards
  • Participate in the BIM Coordinator network, gaining access to expert knowledge from the ENGIE BIM UNIT
  • Identify and integrate new BIM technologies and methods
Requirements
  • Completed education in Technical System Planning or a related field (preferably with a focus on Technical Building Equipment, Process Engineering)
  • Alternatively, completed Master/Technician qualification in the HKLS or Electrical Engineering field
  • Experience in model-based project execution (BIM methodology)
  • Familiarity with MS-Office tools and basic experience with CAD programs (e.g., Autodesk REVIT) is desirable
  • Accurate and result-oriented work style, as well as excellent teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Germany
