Join Our Team as a Strategic Leader in Total Rewards

Rhenus Assets & Services GmbH & Co. KG is a globally operating logistics service provider with a strong presence in over 60 countries. As a central unit, our company serves the decentralized business units as an internal enabler for all commercial matters. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Total Rewards initiatives and drive strategic direction for our rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with our business goals
  • Lead the strategic direction for our rewards initiatives, ensuring they are fair, competitive, and compliant with regulations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven compensation strategies for key talent segments
  • Provide executive-level support to the CHRO and play a vital role in shaping our company's Total Rewards programs

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of experience in Total Rewards
  • Strong leadership in managing transformational projects
  • Keen understanding of how business strategies impact rewards programs
