Job Title: Specialist Project Portfolio Management

Cargolux Airlines International SA is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Project Portfolio Management to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and reliable project portfolio and IT resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track project progress, resource allocation, and availability of project capacity.
  • Analyze data related to project performance, resource allocation, and financial metrics in Monday.com.
  • Create reports and dashboards summarizing portfolio status, risks, and trends.
  • Assess projects in alignment with the Director EPMO in terms of risks and propose implementation strategies.
  • Support EPMO team members in day-to-day tasks and regular reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least three years of experience managing projects or programs with a track-record of success.
  • Experience supporting and managing cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide business judgement and think strategically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with autonomy.
  • Experience operating the Work.OS of Monday.com.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease interacting with stakeholders.
  • Highly sensitive to cultural diversity and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. Further languages (French and/or German) are considered an asset.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
