About the Role
We are currently seeking a Controller (m/w/d) to become an integral part of our organization in a full-time capacity.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and US-GAAP standards.
- Conduct internal and external financial reporting, including the identification and analysis of discrepancies in plans.
- Monitor and manage invoices for both intercompany and external clients.
- Prepare and facilitate financial audits.
- Engage in risk management by proactively identifying potential economic threats.
- Coordinate business planning and controlling activities.
- Assist in the processes of budgeting and forecasting.
Your Preferred Qualifications
- Completed academic studies in business administration, preferably with a specialization in finance or controlling.
- Extensive experience in controlling roles.
- Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
- Strong numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to comprehend technical relationships.
- Demonstrated independence and structured work habits, along with excellent communication abilities.
- High level of responsibility, adaptability, and self-motivation.
- Proficient in standard office software.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
