Your Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on building technical systems, particularly in the sanitary area
- Ensure the technical operational readiness of properties
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks

Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in HVAC or a related technical field with experience in sanitary, heating, or cooling systems

- Demonstrates dedication and reliability
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
