Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance on building technical systems, particularly in the sanitary area
  • Ensure the technical operational readiness of properties

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in HVAC or a related technical field with experience in sanitary, heating, or cooling systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Skilled in process documentation
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrates dedication and reliability
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
