Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician for Building Technology to join our team at SPIE Wiegel GmbH. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service and maintenance tasks on heating, sanitary, climate, and ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service and maintenance tasks on heating, sanitary, climate, and ventilation systems
  • Carry out large-scale maintenance tasks for our industrial customers
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee small-scale construction projects
  • Provide on-call support for emergency situations in the Kulmbach area (not a 24-hour on-call service)
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in the field of heating or sanitary technology
  • Electrical knowledge and experience as an electrician (ideally certified)
  • Experience with oil and gas heating systems
  • Familiarity with heat pumps and biomass heating systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license (class B)
  • Proficiency in using laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • German language skills (level C1 in writing and speaking)
