Finance & Controlling Support for Dynamic Projects

About the Role
As a Working Student in Finance & Controlling, you'll play a vital role within our dynamic Business Area Services (BAC) team. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting project controlling activities, contributing to month-end closings, forecasting, and reporting.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to the Project Controlling team in various finance and accounting tasks, including month-end closing procedures, financial forecasting, master data management, and comprehensive reporting.
- Collaborate with project teams across diverse initiatives within BAC Services. Your contributions will ensure high-quality project execution through meticulous data consolidation, insightful analysis preparation, and the creation of clear reports and presentations.
- Actively participate in all phases of project management – planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting – providing valuable support to project teams throughout their lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of process documentation within SAP's internal platforms. This includes creating engaging content for newsletters and onboarding documents.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with team members, managers, and other stakeholders in a global environment.
Your Qualifications
- Enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences, pursuing a degree in business administration, business information systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience in finance and controlling is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Experience with Business Intelligence systems is beneficial.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
- Possess excellent analytical and process-oriented thinking skills.
- Exhibit exceptional time management abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
