Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and showcasing our heating products and technical solutions to potential customers, conducting needs assessments, providing advice, and closing sales for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and demonstrate our heating products and technical solutions to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with our technical team to ensure that customer needs are met and that our products and services are delivered to the highest standard.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in customer consultation and sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Commercial or technical education in the HVAC field or relevant industry knowledge.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
