Within the Brand Management sector, you may engage with P&G; in one of three specialized teams: the Commercial Operations team focusing on a specific brand or category, the Brand Operations team overseeing multiple categories at a particular marketing touchpoint, or the Sales team crafting marketing strategies across categories for designated customers.
Your career trajectory will be unique, shaped by your individual skills, interests, and aspirations. Your significant contributions and ongoing development will pave the way for a successful career with us.
Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 2 semesters completed and commendable academic performance.
- You are available for a period of 3-6 months.
- You exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for leadership, and a keen interest in Brand Management.
- You collaborate effectively with diverse teams, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- You are adept at making informed decisions using comprehensive data while also trusting your instincts.
- You possess proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and German (B2).
- Previous internships, work experience, and international studies are advantageous.
