Position: AI Security Specialist at Databricks
The Responsible AI Team at Databricks is committed to developing and deploying AI systems that emphasize fairness, transparency, and accountability. Our mission involves rigorous testing, analysis, and research to uncover and mitigate potential vulnerabilities, biases, and risks inherent in AI models, ensuring the creation of trustworthy and secure AI solutions. Your Contribution:
As an integral member of the Responsible AI Team at Databricks, you will significantly influence the execution of security design evaluations, red team initiatives, and pioneering research in the domain of AI security. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AI security
- Executing Red Team operations to detect vulnerabilities within AI systems
- Addressing new threats to machine learning systems
- Creating tools and methodologies for vulnerability identification in AI systems
- Providing guidance for secure model and system development
- Establishing best practices for machine learning technologies
- Collaborating with internal teams to bolster operational security
Candidate Profile:
We are in search of a candidate who possesses a robust background in the following areas:
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning principles
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or SparkNLP
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++
- Familiarity with adversarial machine learning strategies
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in machine learning or a relevant advanced degree
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
