Your Contribution:
As an integral member of the Responsible AI Team at Databricks, you will have a pivotal role in executing security design evaluations, red team initiatives, and pioneering research in the AI security domain. Your duties will encompass:
- Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AI security
- Conducting Red Team operations to pinpoint vulnerabilities in AI systems
- Addressing new threats to machine learning systems
- Creating tools and methodologies for vulnerability identification in AI systems
- Guiding secure model and system development practices
- Establishing best practices for machine learning technologies
- Collaborating with internal teams to bolster operational security
Qualifications:
We are in search of a candidate with a robust background in the following areas:
- Concepts of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or SparkNLP
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C++
- Familiarity with adversarial machine learning methodologies
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Capability to work effectively within a team
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning or a relevant advanced degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
