About the Role:
- We are seeking a Parts / Accessory Specialist to manage parts and accessories orders from dealers, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- The Specialist will coordinate with our European parts center and work closely with the service and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing, procurement, and inventory levels to meet demand and minimize costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote parts and accessories to customers, enhancing vehicle offerings.
- Develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance sales.
- Develop accessories for vehicles to drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in parts management within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicles, especially parts and accessories.
- Preferably a German native speaker with fluent English skills.
