About the Role

Falch GmbH is seeking an experienced accounting and financial expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile all domestic and foreign bank accounts
  • Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Take care of debtor and creditor account reconciliations and process received reminders
  • Prepare advance sales tax returns for foreign companies and branches
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship with further training as an accountant or tax clerk
  • Experience in accounting and financial operations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Structured and thorough working style
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
