Financial Reporting Specialist

Your Mission

As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Consolidating monthly income statements and balance sheets for the Falch Group, preparing annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.
• Providing support to selected foreign subsidiaries in their financial reporting processes.
• Conducting intercompany reconciliations and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
• Analyzing inventory levels on a monthly basis using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborating closely with the Controlling department and the Head of Accounting to ensure seamless financial operations.

Your Talent

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background in finance or accounting. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training as an accountant.
• Ideally, prior experience in a similar role within a dynamic organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A structured and meticulous approach to work, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
