About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations & Campaign Manager to join our team at VEACT GmbH. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Marketing Cloud and contributing to the success of our Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Process Management: Ensure seamless, cross-functional, and time-sensitive operational processes are in place and executed efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers in the automotive industry, addressing their inquiries and data-driven marketing-related questions.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and automate marketing and advertising campaigns through our Marketing Cloud, ensuring data-driven insights and customer-centric approaches.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create comprehensive reports using various tools and maintain accurate data within our CRM System.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline administrative tasks in Account Management and Dealer Operations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Support and Analysis: Collaborate on various projects and analyses across different areas of Aftersales Marketing, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Werkstudenten in the Dealer Support Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Digital Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German and excellent English language skills.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry and/or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for automotive, digitalization, big data, and marketing.
  • Work Style: Structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to quickly adapt to new systems and responsibilities, with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
  • Leadership and Social Skills: Self-assurance, proactivity, and high social competence, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
