IT Security Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager to join our team at Safran Passenger Innovations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our information security efforts and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership on information security matters, including network and security initiatives, risk management, incident response, and security audit compliance.
- Security Architecture: Design and implement secure network and security architectures, including the identification of vulnerabilities and the development of mitigation strategies.
- Security Governance: Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Security Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs for employees on information security best practices and the importance of information security in our organization.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including MPAA, PCI, and Group regulations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems security, systems engineering, or IT architecture.
- Certifications: Industry standard certifications, such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, SSCP, CISA, etc.
- Skills: Advanced technical background and skills in computer and network security, knowledge of Cisco FTD's and/or ACI, and experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including management, executives, auditors, engineering, IT, legal, and third parties.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to efficiently resolve problems using logical and methodical methods.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal direction and as part of a team.
