Business Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Specialist to join our team at the Husqvarna Group. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of our new SAP S/4 HANA ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project team, Competence Center Sourcing, and BU Sourcing departments to standardize and harmonize business processes and related process documentation.
  • Support the training of local super users and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Utilize your extensive SAP knowledge and IT affinity to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Several years of professional experience in ERP project implementation, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong process and project management skills, with a technical understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and other ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate at all hierarchical levels.
