Business Process Lead

Are you a process enthusiast looking to make a meaningful impact in a global team? We're seeking a highly skilled Business Process Lead to join our Husqvarna Group team in Gardena, Ulm.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementing ERP projects, particularly in purchasing and supply planning. Your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and IT affinity for various ERP programs will be invaluable in standardizing and harmonizing business processes across our divisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the project team, implementation partner, and business process leads to standardize and harmonize business processes
  • Support the training of local super users
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Ensure seamless integration with the Competence Center Sourcing and BU Sourcing departments
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in ERP project implementation, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Extensive SAP knowledge, ideally in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Strong process and project management skills, as well as technical understanding
  • Fluent business English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team and manage international projects
