Position: Team Leader Process Development (m/f/d)

Department Overview:
The Production Technology division is at the forefront of developing novel processes, technologies, and production equipment, facilitating the mass production of our innovative products. This unit is bolstered by robust project management practices and a specialized methods group.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely, budget-conscious, and compliant development, implementation, and qualification of manufacturing processes and automated production systems for medical devices.
- Exercise both technical and managerial leadership over a team of engineers and technicians.
- Innovate new manufacturing technologies while adapting existing technologies to novel applications.
- Drive continuous enhancements in organizational processes, methodologies, and documentation within your area of oversight.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in process or product development and improvement, alongside a background in technical project management within the medical device sector.
- Proven expertise in automating manufacturing processes, ideally within the electronics or similar industries.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in both manufacturing and development settings.
- A results-oriented, innovative, and ambitious mindset.
- Willingness to embrace risks and make decisive choices.
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
