Membership Manager Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Manager to lead our membership development and engagement efforts in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional membership engagement and development plan to recruit, maintain, and engage international members.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and lead FSC membership in the region, analyzing membership gaps and identifying potential members to strengthen our mission.
- Recruit new members and retain existing ones, creating and implementing outreach strategies to expand our membership base.
- Design and implement strategies to achieve high-quality standards of member service, keeping members updated on key FSC processes and topics.
- Inform and train members in the region as necessary, developing an engagement plan to increase and diversify participation from different chambers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with at least two years in a role with relevant outreach and stakeholder relations and development.
- Experience working with international organizations and international project teams and network partners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and French, with fluency in another European language an asset.
- Service and solution-oriented attitude to work, with collaborative working style and team building skills.
- Ability to work well as a member of a multi-cultural, inter-disciplinary global team.
