Your Responsibilities
  • Communication Oversight: Assist our skilled team in managing comprehensive customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, and messaging applications, as well as handling bookings and reservations. Regular contact with partners is also expected.
  • Content Development: Generate valuable content for our French website, including camp descriptions and FAQs, while selecting appropriate visuals to effectively promote our offerings.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Compose SEO-optimized content and ensure its upkeep. Independently manage the created content within our internal systems and on our website platform.
  • Brand Development: Enhance our brand visibility among customers and potential employees by aiding in the creation and management of social media content and analyzing its performance.
Your Profile
  • You possess a passion for organization, intercultural communication, and collaboration.
  • You are driven and eager to raise awareness for our products and brand.
  • You enjoy writing and editing, with a keen eye for detail.
  • You can write creatively, succinctly, and engagingly.
  • Fluency in French is essential, along with proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of additional languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is advantageous.
  • You aspire to build a career in a multicultural setting.
  • This internship is a mandatory component of your academic program, requiring a minimum duration of 3 months.
  • If you are willing to learn new skills, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the criteria.
  • Bonus: Previous experience at a holiday camp, either as a participant or counselor, is a plus.
