About the Role:
Cybersecurity Test Automation Lead at Cybex GmbH
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Test Automation Lead to join our team at Cybex GmbH. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will be responsible for leading the advancement of Cybex Test Automation and associated tools, fostering innovation in testing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans to ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with IT, application teams, and business stakeholders to align testing strategies and plans with project objectives.
- Design and develop detailed test scenarios and cases for Systems Integration Test (SIT), supporting business teams in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) preparation.
- Take ownership of the testing plan across all phases, including defect validation, and determine solution readiness based on test outcomes.
- Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating effectively with developers, project managers, and business analysts to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Test Management and Test Automation, demonstrating proficiency in planning and executing end-to-end testing for complex systems.
- Proven ability in issue resolution and maintaining efficient testing processes, with a strong focus on quality assurance throughout the SDLC.
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP testing is preferred, adding valuable expertise to our testing processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adept at working in dynamic environments and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to engage confidently across global teams.
