The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with independent bike retailers in the Hamburg area, Germany, and promoting our beautifully designed e-bikes to stock in their stores.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop a list of prospective independent bike retail partners in the Hamburg area.
- Prospect and qualify opportunities with independent bike retailers to stock our e-bikes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our prospective partners.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Proven track record of outstanding sales performance with 3-5 years of field sales experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English and German.
- Can-do and will-do attitude, driven, great communicator, and gifted relationship-builder.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm for cycling and e-mobility.
- Dynamic, driven, and hands-on sales associate.
- Highly competitive package with a clear and open salary structure.
- 30 days annual leave/vacation days (exclusive of local bank holidays).
