About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our team at Cofinity-X GmbH. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a product vision and strategy that aligns with our company's objectives and resonates with the evolving market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy
  • Guide and nurture multidisciplinary teams to deliver software solutions
  • Supervise the entire product development cycle, from ideation to deployment
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various geographies
  • Guarantee the delivery of premier software solutions by directing testing protocols and championing superior practices
  • Collaborate with DevOps units to refine deployment workflows and enhance infrastructure
  • Keep customer needs and input at the forefront, validating that the product meets and exceeds market expectations and user satisfaction
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of functional leadership experience in steering development teams and delivering software ventures with marked success
  • Ability to define and communicate a clear vision for the product
  • Skill in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Proficiency in identifying market needs and the corresponding product opportunities
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management from conception to launch
  • Extended experience in agile methods and tooling
  • Ability to negotiate features, resources, and timelines with teams and stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders to understand and negotiate their needs and expectations
  • Extended skills in different technology stacks, particularly with Java, React, and C#
  • Ability to interpret data analytics to make data-driven product decisions
  • Outstanding communicative abilities, fluency in English (oral and written)
