Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your economic expertise and analytical skills to ensure the success of our clients' transactions throughout all phases? Here’s how you can contribute:
- As a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Transaction Advisory Services, you will advise buyers and sellers on the optimal planning, structuring, and execution of their predominantly international transaction initiatives.
- You will assist in identifying financial opportunities and risks of a transaction, with a strong focus on achieving long-term corporate objectives and value creation.
- You will actively support the structuring of the transaction process within the framework of Financial Due Diligence, leading up to the impending integration or separation.
- Your role will include aiding in the development of financially relevant aspects of the purchase agreement.
- You will serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding value realization, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation.
- You will contribute to the preparation of analyses and the drafting of transaction documents.
- To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Transaction Advisory Services, you should possess a completed degree in any field.
- You should have at least two years of professional experience in auditing, corporate development, investment controlling, corporate finance consulting, investment banking, or leveraged finance at a bank.
- You should have gained initial experience in industry-specific focuses and project management.
- You should have a solid understanding of accounting regulations.
- You should possess expertise in the economic analysis of business plans and the structuring of companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools such as Alteryx and Tableau, along with excellent English language skills, will complete your profile.
