Job Title: HR Manager

ISR International School on the Rhine is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the recruitment and engagement strategy for our school, working closely with the Administrative team, Academic staff, and Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard staff for all ISR School and Kindergartens
  • Manage visa and work permits for staff, as well as relocating new staff and existing staff
  • Oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
  • Maintain personnel files and updated staff details
  • Conduct the annual Intention Survey and communicate results to the management team
  • Fulfill government requirements for staff audits
  • Oversee monthly overtime calculation
Requirements:
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Excellent administrative skills, including organization and planning
  • Hands-on approach to working
  • Flexibility of thought and action
  • Strong personality
  • German speaking
  • German labour law knowledge
