Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country HR Business Partner to join our team. As a Country HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides coaching to people leaders and employees to ensure they are supported and that their voices are amplified into the broader Solventum organization
  • Consulting, guidance, and coaching on a wide range of Human Resources topics, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, diversity, and labor relations for the assigned functions and/or businesses
  • Develop and monitor key Human Resources metrics and analyze them to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaboration in various Human Resources projects and support in the continuous improvement/digitization of Human Resources processes
Requirements
  • Degree in law and relevant professional experience in the Human Resources, preferably in Health Care Industry
  • Fluent in German and English
