Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Governance and Risk Management Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice on risk management, corporate governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to clients on risk management strategies
  • Develop and implement internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs for clients on risk management and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, corporate governance, or compliance
  • Proven track record of providing expert advice on risk management and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
