About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Audit Specialist to join our team at E.ON SE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting compliance and investigation audits, developing process optimization proposals, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization proposals to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide recommendations for improvement to clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and present audit reports to the Board and management
- Monitor and track agreed measures and recommendations
- Support project-related activities and audits in other group departments and business initiatives
Requirements
- Above-average university degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business economics, psychology)
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of legal and compliance regulations
- Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate findings effectively
- High degree of entrepreneurial spirit and independence
- Strong social and presentation skills in an international environment
- Fluent in English and German, with additional languages beneficial
