Position Overview

As a Working Student in Automotive Complaint Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction within the automotive sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: You will handle incoming customer complaints related to automotive products, ensuring a thorough understanding of their concerns.
  • Documentation Accuracy: You will be tasked with registering and documenting customer returns in our database, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Issue Verification: You will assist in verifying problems using tools such as optical microscopes and help define subsequent steps.
  • Global Collaboration: You will coordinate and communicate with various sites globally, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Academic Background: You should be pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Microsystems Technology, or a related field.
  • Flexibility: You should be able to adapt to various topics and challenges that arise.
  • Cultural Awareness: You will demonstrate intercultural competence to communicate effectively with colleagues worldwide.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent English skills are required, along with basic knowledge of German.
