The ICS Cool Energy Group, a prominent player in industrial refrigeration technology, is recognized as a market leader in Europe for the sale, rental, and servicing of refrigeration and heating solutions. Our extensive portfolio caters to diverse industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, construction, automotive, food, plastics, beverages, IT, manufacturing, building management, events, and wine production. As part of our growth strategy, we are merging with two other companies, creating an exciting opportunity for our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the accounting department to prepare monthly and annual financial statements and tax filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax audits.
  • Conduct internal group reporting, including cash forecasts, monthly projections, and budget development.
  • Engage effectively with various departments to ensure compliance with processes and requirements.
  • Manage projects focused on standardizing processes and meeting compliance needs due to the Group's expansion.
  • Provide support in operational accounting as necessary.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a relevant accounting certification.
  • Professional experience in controlling, accounting, or tax consulting/auditing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex concepts.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for IT.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany.
