The ICS Cool Energy Group stands as a prominent expert in industrial refrigeration technology, recognized as a leading provider in Europe for the sale, rental, and maintenance of refrigeration and heating systems. Our extensive range of services caters to diverse industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, construction, automotive, food, plastics, beverages, IT, manufacturing, building management, events, and wine production.

As we expand through the integration of two additional companies, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare monthly and annual financial statements and tax filings.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and support tax audits.
  • Conduct internal group reporting, including cash flow forecasts, monthly projections, and budget development.
  • Facilitate effective communication with various departments to ensure compliance with processes and requirements.
  • Engage in projects aimed at standardizing processes and meeting compliance standards due to organizational growth.
  • Provide support in operational accounting as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a recognized accounting certification.
  • Relevant professional experience in controlling, accounting, or tax consulting/auditing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex concepts, with a focus on process orientation.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for IT.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel within the country.
