Vertiv is seeking a highly skilled EHS Manager - DACH to join our team in Neuss, Germany.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs EHS Manager - DACH, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Vertiv's safety and environmental programs to achieve best-in-class safety performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing company environmental policies and safety programs to comply with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Investigating safety incidents, near misses, and environmental incidents.
- Reporting on KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Supporting EHS onsite audits, maintenance of the 14001 and 45001 ISO Standards, and conducting various EHS-related trainings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An EHS university degree.
- A NEBOSH Certificate.
- Occupational safety specialist (FaSi) certification or ability to obtain.
- 5 years' experience in the field.
- Construction, Electrical, Thermal, or Generator experience an advantage.
- English (written and verbal - business level).
- German (written and verbal - business level).
- MS Office - user.
- Smartsheets - user.
- Sharepoint - user.
