EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our dynamic team in Neuss, Germany. As a key member of our EMEA EHS team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Vertiv's safety and environmental programs to achieve best-in-class safety performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement company environmental policies and safety programs to comply with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and environmental incidents, and report on KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Support EHS onsite audits, maintenance of the 14001 and 45001 ISO Standards, and conduct various EHS-related trainings.
- Work closely with the service operational leadership to drive the Health & Safety culture across the team.
- Communicate closely with EMEA EHS directors and EHS EMEA team to ensure sharing of incidents and corrective actions and alignment to best practices.
- EHS university degree.
- NEBOSH Certificate.
- Occupational safety specialist (FaSi) certification or ability to obtain.
- 5 years' experience in the field.
- Construction, Electrical, Thermal, or Generator experience an advantage.
- English (Written and Verbal - business level).
- German (Written and Verbal - business level).
- MS Office - user.
- Smartsheets - user.
- Sharepoint - user.
