Mechanic - E-Bike Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Dance. As an E-Bike Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our e-bikes to ensure they meet our high standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair e-bikes to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Prepare new e-bikes for delivery to our members and upgrade existing bikes
- Provide feedback to our hardware and software teams on e-bike performance
- Contribute to a fast-growing and dynamic environment
- Be an essential part of our team and contribute to optimizing our workshop and operations
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a mechatronics technician, preferably with e-bikes
- Ideal vocational training or a solid understanding of e-moped repairs
- An eye for quality and a drive to strive for it
- Fluency in English and/or German
- A passion for helping us grow and working on your personal growth
